Patric Grissom became a member of the First Western Properties team in early 2009. Prior to that he spent 22+ years in the Tacoma News Tribune’s Circulation department, his last position as Home Delivery Manager. Patric has significant experience in tenant and landlord representation and specializes in retail and office properties. A short list of Patric’s satisfied clients include: L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Elite Physical Therapy and AT&T Wireless. He values his time at First Western Properties because of the close-knit family atmosphere and team approach to brokerage.
Patric is a passionate Formula 1 follower and English Premier League fan – Go Liverpool! He enjoys spending time with his wife and son and is a strong believer in attaining “balance in life – without it there can be no true happiness.” He also loves to travel; his favorite places being anywhere in the Caribbean and Italy.
