Steve Erickson joined First Western Properties in 1996 and is the Designated Broker and Vice President for the Kirkland office.  Prior to joining First Western Properties, Steve was the Senior Vice President for the Retail Division at a large development firm in Bellevue Washington.

Steve specializes in Tenant Representation, Land Assemblages and Investment Sales and has a tremendous understanding of urban and suburban retail markets.  Steve strives to be one of the most active brokers in the area and is considered a leading expert in Western Washington’s commercial real estate.

Steve helps develop the overall market strategy for his current and past clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company (300+ stores), Mod Pizza (20+ stores), CVS Drug Store (10+ stores), MultiCare Urgent Care clinics (15+ stores), Taco Del Mar (20+ stores) and many others.  Steve has over 600 transactions with national/regional tenants and has leased over 4 million square feet of retail space.

Steve lives in Kirkland with his wife and 2 children.  Steve enjoy playing golf and exploring the restaurant scene around the Puget Sound area.
