Jerry Forell joined First Western Properties in 2000. He began his real estate career in 1979 with Grubb and Ellis Commercial RE Services.  Eight years later he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial RE Services Seattle office. He has been an a Managing Broker since 1981.  Prior to his real estate career Jerry was a Senior Sales Representative with IBM for eleven years. He graduated from Central Washington State University with Bachelors of Arts in Economics.

Jerry specializes in retail/commercial leasing and sales. He has completed over 500 retail leases, for well over a million square feet of space, of which 72 were for spaces between 10,000 and 44,000 square feet. Jerry has completed 68 restaurant ground leases, building and ground leases and build-to-suits. These include 31 in Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and the Province of Alberta with total consideration of $90 million.

Jerry enjoys working at First Western Properties because the company focuses on his specialty. He likes having a strong management team and significant broker depth. His hobbies include golf, tennis and futzin around the house. His greatest inspiration was his Dad who was a practical, hardworking businessman involved with his family, his church and people. Jerry loves to travel to Palm Springs, CA.
