Kyle joined First Western Properties – Management in 2014. His commercial management portfolio includes retail, mixed use, and medical/dental. Notable projects include the renovation and rebranding of Parkway Village (formerly Center Place Shopping Center) in Tukwila and the electrochromic window retrofit at the Lake Union Building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. He attributes his success with First Western Properties – Management to the team-oriented approach to all projects big and small.

Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree at James Madison University in Virginia, where he studied Integrated Science & Technology with a focus on renewable energy. He spent the early part of his career in various strategic planning and management roles.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, being active, and watching sports. He also enjoys spending time at the beach—his favorite: North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
