Katie Saunders

Katie Saunders brings a unique blend of real estate experience, design expertise, and client-focused service to First Western Properties. A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Mānoa with a degree in Communications and Information & Communication Technology, Katie began her career in residential real estate, working with Redfin and Century 21 Island Homes in Hawaii. There, she guided clients through every stage of the transaction process, from property tours and pricing strategies to negotiations and closing coordination.

In addition to her real estate background, Katie is a certified UX/UI designer who has led design projects for technology companies, specializing in market research, user experience, and intuitive problem-solving. Her combined experience in client relations, market analysis, and strategic communication provides a strong foundation for serving clients in the commercial real estate industry.

Having grown up around real estate, Katie developed an early appreciation for the business and was drawn to commercial real estate for its dynamic nature and endless opportunities for growth. She enjoys the challenge of an industry where no two days are the same and values the opportunity to continually learn and evolve.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, hiking, photography, and free diving when visiting her home state of Hawaii. She is also passionate about community service and animal welfare.
