Adam Groberman joined First Western Properties – Management in April of 2023 as an Operations Manager. He began his career in brokerage and served as the Seattle market lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s private capital advisory practice group. In this time, Adam facilitated the sale of over $50 million in total transaction volume.
During his time in brokerage, Adam worked closely with investors to maximize their returns and optimize their strategies. Through these experiences, he saw operational execution as the greatest driver in the success of an investment. In this role, Adam strives to generate value for First Western’s clients through thorough analysis and strategic planning.
Adam has a BS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Adam grew up in Bellevue and presently resides in Queen Anne. Adam enjoys the outdoors, live music and spending time with friends and loved ones.
