Carrie joined First Western Properties in January 2016 after working in the insurance industry for over a decade. Prior to that Carrie earned a bachelor’s degree at Portland State University. She has significant experience in landlord and tenant representation as well as investment sales. Carrie is an unstoppable force; she overcomes challenges with great ferocity and is determined to achieve her clients’ goals.
A few of Carrie’s satisfied clients include: Take 5 Oil Change, Rosati’s Pizza, Phenix Salon Suites, Clean Juice, Locust Cider (national expansion), Kimco Realty Corporation, Tarragon Properties, and Westwood Financial. Carrie was involved in over $90,000,000 in transactional value between 2019 and 2021. Carrie says she thrives in the collaborative and family atmosphere at First Western Properties.
Outside of Real Estate, Carrie is guided by her energetic and compassionate spirit. Every year she organizes the FWP Holiday Gift Giving program, which helps families in our community privately receive a much-deserved delivery of gifts and meals. Carrie also enjoys spending time with her two boys, whether it be coaching their soccer teams or enjoying an afternoon with them. Motherhood keeps her mindful and grounded through life.
