Dale Goong

Dale joined First Western Properties in July 2022 after attending the University of Washington Bothell and Concordia University of Wisconsin where he played football and lacrosse. Dale has an extensive history in the restaurant business, with his family owning several in the past and working in restaurants throughout his life.

Born and raised in the Seattle-area, Dale has extensive knowledge of the Puget Sound region. This knowledge along with a strong work ethic provides his clients with the best opportunity to achieve their real-estate goals. Dale specializes in tenant representation and landlord representation providing them with market research, lease renewal, and lease negotiation services.

In his free time, Dale enjoys golfing, rock climbing, martial arts, and riding his Harley Davidson to local restaurants, and exploring the Great Pacific Northwest.
