Regional Chain with 40+ locations

Facilitate awareness growth of the brand in the retail shopping center community to assist in competing with the national chains. The store count continues to grow year over year. Sought out and secured a new distribution facility in a strategic location adjacent to two main suppliers. Found a new home for Mud Bay headquarters in downtown Olympia in former JCPenney office building conversion. Looking forward to working with them as they continue to seek new locations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

DEVELOPMENT

Totem Lake
Former Pizza Hut

Pizza hut hired the team to relocate the store and then sell the property. Quickly procured 13 offers to purchase the property and sold the land for $116 per square foot. After a successful sale process representing both the purchaser and the seller, the purchaser hired the team to lease the proposed retail building, which 7,000 SF was soon preleased at top market rents. The developer completed the project and sold the investment for a record $1,190 per square foot.

COMMERCIAL SALE

Highland Hill Safeway Anchored Center
6th Avenue in Tacoma, WA

First Western Properties had this lease listing for over 20 years. The property went through several redevelopments and additions including three pads and LA  Fitness. After spaces were leased, our team was hired in collaboration with Capital Pacific to sell the asset. The team secured several buyers and the sale closed in May 2017 for $47 million.
