Kathy Dougherty is an Asset Manager for First Western Properties – Management. Ms. Dougherty leads the day-to-day property management and operations of the Lake Union Building in the South Lake Union submarket of Seattle, Parkway Village on Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila and Panther Lake located on Kent East Hill.
Most recently, Kathy worked as the Senior Property Manager with Urban Renaissance Group at Columbia Center. She led the day-to-day property management and operations of approximately 1,552,000 square feet of property consisting of 76 stories, including three levels of retail, a two-level private club, and the Sky View Observatory. Her responsibilities include the oversight of all building operations, including but not limited to enhancing all customers’ experiences while at Columbia Center as a tenant, vendor and guest, overall building safety and security, team development, financial and budget preparation, risk mitigation, construction coordination, and support, and client interaction and reporting to meet or exceed client investment goals.
Kathy brings a unique blend of property management expertise for stabilized and transitioning commercial real estate with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, and building and developing property management teams in the Puget Sound area. Her past employers include Healthcare Realty, CBRE Global Corporate Services on the MultiCare account, Swedish Medical Center, and Unico.
