LiJen is originally from Taiwan and came to the United States initially to go to school, where she graduated from Temple University with a MBA.  While in Taiwan she worked at many banking institutions including CitiBank.

She enjoys keeping in touch with her large family back home and looks forward to a trip to see her siblings and nieces and nephews each year.  Outside of work, she is an active member of her church community.
