Sebastian Winn-Araneda joined First Western Properties in December 2022 after recently graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Psychology. Born in the U.S. but with extensive periods abroad (Chile and Spain), Sebastian has landed back in Seattle and excited to launch his commercial real estate career with a focus on Retail. With close to 7 years of restaurant experience with Seattle’s own Matador, Sebastian brings a valuable set of skills dedicated to customer satisfaction and service of the highest caliber.
