Brennan McClurg

Brennan McClurg joined First Western Properties in 1995. In 1999 he became a Principal of the Kirkland office, and currently has the role of President.  Brennan’s areas of specialty are Tenant Representation and Investment Sales.  Just some of his notable achievements include:  representation of Starbucks in over 200 lease transactions; representation of MOD Pizza in more than 25 transactions; representation of Multicare in more than 15 lease and sale transactions; and the initial Washington State rollout for CVS Drugstore and their first 10 stores in the market.

Brennan loves working at First Western Properties, and is proud of the professional and ethical reputation it has in the region.  As a Seattle native, that reputation locally is important to him.  Also important to Brennan is his family, a wife and two daughters, whom he spends as much time with as possible when he is not working.
