Ari Davis

Arianna Kamakanio'kalani “Ari” Davis brings more than eight years of experience in property management and multifamily housing, along with seven years of high-level executive support, to her role at First Western Properties. Before joining the team, she served in multiple leadership and administrative roles at Security Properties, where she supported senior executives, managed complex projects, and streamlined operations across departments—work that earned her recognition as a 2024 Emerald Awards Finalist for Corporate Support Staff of the Year. Ari was drawn to commercial real estate after years of partnering closely with industry leaders and gaining insight into the strategy, coordination, and impact behind every project. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by the opportunity to support projects that shape communities.

Outside the office, Ari enjoys fishing, camping, spending time with her family and dogs, and giving back through her involvement with the Bethel All Stars Youth Wrestling Club, where she serves as a board member and parent volunteer.
