Chaylan Daniels

Chaylan serves as an Executive Assistant in First Western Properties’ Tacoma office, bringing a strong background in customer service, sales, and client relations. With experience in both retail and sales, she has developed a relationship-focused approach, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail that support her work in commercial real estate.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Chaylan earned her Bachelor of Science in University Studies with a concentration in Global Arts, Planning, Design, and Construction, along with minors in Creative Studies and Art History. Her passion for design and hospitality has also led her to provide freelance interior design services for Airbnb properties and small businesses, blending creativity with practical, client-focused solutions.

Drawn to commercial real estate by the opportunity to shape spaces where people gather, connect, and build community, Chaylan appreciates the lasting impact thoughtful design and strong relationships can have on the places around us. She enjoys supporting the FWP team and building meaningful connections throughout the industry.

Outside of work, Chaylan enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, hosting friends and family, shopping, staying active, and exploring her love of interior design. She values bringing people together and finding ways to serve those around her.
