Jack Sentz

Jack brings a relationship-first approach to commercial real estate, with a focus on tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. Inspired by his father’s successful career in the industry, Jack pairs his natural persistence with a creative problem-solving mindset to deliver results for his clients.

A graduate of Washington State University, where he studied psychology and sociology, Jack’s background and diverse work experience have given him a strong work ethic and people-first perspective. Having grown up in Yakima, studied in Pullman, and now living in Bothell, he knows both Eastern and Western Washington markets well, with additional familiarity in Northern Idaho and Northern California.

Outside of real estate, Jack is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys biking, boating, jet skiing, and wake surfing. He’s also a big hockey and football fan — and a proud WSU alum. Go Cougs!
