Jacob Fors is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with over two years of experience advising clients on retail investment sales, leasing, and strategic real estate decisions. Since entering the industry, he has completed over $20 million in transaction volume and was recognized as a President’s Club award recipient in his second year.

Jacob’s approach is driven by a strong work ethic, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering results for his clients. He specializes in investment sales, retail, landlord representation, and tenant representation, and takes pride in helping clients navigate opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in commercial real estate and development, Jacob developed an early understanding of the industry that continues to shape his perspective on real estate and investment strategy today.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, with minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling—especially to sunny, beachside destinations—and staying active through golf, soccer, and basketball. He is family-oriented and values the relationships that have influenced both his personal life and professional career.
