Krystal Peltzer is an energetic and driven professional with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for growth. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, she served on the flight deck of the USS Iwo Jima during Operation Iraqi Freedom. This experience instilled core values of honor, courage, and commitment that continue to guide her in all aspects of life.

Following military service, Krystal transitioned to a civilian career in Commercial Property Management, where she quickly grew into the role of property manager. Over time, she has expanded her expertise by gaining experience in managing small warehouse flex-use spaces, further honing their skills in real estate management.

As an asset manager for First Western, she is eager to bring her diverse experience, strong relationship-building skills, and leadership qualities to the field.
