Jake joined First Western Properties in July of 2019 after graduating from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations and Supply Chain Management. Born and raised in Seattle, Jake has extensive knowledge of the Greater Puget Sound corridor. This knowledge combined with his strong work ethic provide his clients with excellent insight and outstanding service.
Since joining First Western, Jake has worked with both tenants and landlords providing land assemblage, local and regional site selection, market research, lease renewal and lease negotiation services.
