Sebastian Camacho

Broker

Sebastian Camacho is a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail properties across Washington and Oregon, with experience representing both landlords and tenants in a wide range of transactions. Originally from Oakland, California, he graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics.

Since beginning his career at Real Retail and The Remlinger Group, Sebastian has built a strong track record across leasing and investment sales. His experience includes the leasing of mixed-use developments and grocery-anchored shopping centers, as well as standalone retail assets. He has represented ownership groups such as MainStreet Property Group in the leasing of mixed-use projects, working across a variety of uses ranging from restaurant concepts to service-oriented and general retail tenants.

On the tenant side, Sebastian has completed numerous restaurant and retail transactions, representing both local and regional operators across a wide range of concepts, from breweries and restaurants to daycare and service-oriented retail. He has led multi-location expansion strategies for growing brands including Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, Qamaria Yemeni Coffee, Gong Cha, and Denny’s, among others, helping clients identify, negotiate, and secure high-performing locations.

In addition to leasing, Sebastian has been involved in the sale of retail investment properties, including standalone restaurant buildings and single-tenant assets such as an Ace Hardware location. Across all assignments, he is known for his responsiveness, market insight, and ability to execute transactions that align with his clients’ long-term goals.

Sebastian is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Brokers Association.

Outside of real estate, Sebastian enjoys golfing, playing basketball, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
